These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 677cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 677cx website located at https://677cx.cam.

By accessing the 677cx platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use this platform.

To register and maintain an account on the 677cx Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in online gambling is lawful where you are located.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied for a self-exclusion from this Platform or from any gambling service in a jurisdiction that requires cross-platform exclusion recognition.
6. Own Behalf: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 677cx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 677cx support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless you can demonstrate that such activity was the direct result of our negligence.

677cx reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

677cx applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the operator's license obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform.

Accepted identity documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML procedures

Withdrawals of real money balances are subject to the following conditions:

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus conditions include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or sports bet settlement, the Platform's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 677cx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any other point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purposes.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users.

677cx is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 677cx, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

677cx does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the operator's license terms.

677cx does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or any Pakistani regulatory authority in respect of these Terms, and does not claim authorisation or licensing under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility.

677cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available real money balance.
